Brief Introduction:
Atlas Metal is a subsidiary in China of Atlas groupe enterprise Co., Ltd., to focus on metal parts only. Atlas Metal has two own metal-making factories in Hangzhou, where is 200km away from Shanghai seaport and one tool & mould factory in Xiangshan where is nearby Ningbo seaport.
Atlas Metal is capable of supplying a variety of small and middle size of customized metal parts to cover stamping, forgings, castings, fabricating, fastening and machinery parts,which are widely applied in machinery, automobile, building, ship construction and other industry fields.
Quality Policy:
It is the policy of this business area of ATLAS Metal to provide products which are fit for their purpose in accordance with the requirements specified by Customers, and affording good safety, reliability and economy. Each delivery is intended to create a recommendation for further business.
ATLAS Metal products are developed, designed, manufactured and delivered in accordance with the Quality Assurance System, as described in the Quality Assurance Manual and documents referred to therein.
Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her own work and for following the rules of the Quality Assurance System. Managers at all levels will ensure that the Quality Assurance System procedures are effectively implemented in their area of responsibility.
Each Quality Assurance Manager of each operating division or company is hereby delegated to the authority to develop, implement and maintain the Quality Assurance System in his/her division or company. He/she shall keep himself/herself informed about the quality status of the products and of the efficiency of the Quality Assurance System and, where necessary, initiate corrective actions through designated supervisory channels.
Quality Control:
Quality Control is as the most important part of the quality management for whole business area of ATLAS Metal. All employees in ATLAS Metal believe that the good quality is sole condition for the enterprise to exist and procure market prestige. In order to produce and supply the satisfied products for customers, ATLAS Metal has built up a perfect quality control system and also has a capable and skilled inspector team with the professional level.
In ATLAS Metal, the quality control steps are carried out strictly throughout whole processes covering raw material procurement, manufacturing, storage, protecting, painting, packing, final acceptance and delivery. The check, test and review is one of the vital part of quality control steps, which includes mechanical test, chemical analysis, non-destruction examination, dimension and surface inspections, the mechanical test, and review inspecting for the import parts, etc.. We try our best to remove the defect within the factories, and to submit accurate, integrated and satisfied quality records for customers.
